Step 1: Unbox and Prepare Your Printer

Wait for the printer to complete its initialization process - this may take several minutes as the printer prepares for first use.

Step 3: Load Paper

Open the paper input tray and adjust the paper width guides to fit your paper size. For most printers, you'll want to use standard letter or A4 size paper for initial setup. Load the paper with the printable side facing down (usually the whiter or shinier side) and make sure not to overfill the tray. Most trays have indicators showing maximum capacity.
